For Sexual Health Week 2022, e-wellbeing is celebrating the theme of ‘Breaking Barriers’; from the 10th to 16th October, we’ll be highlighting the importance of positive sexual health through building awareness and breaking down stigma.

For World Mental Health Day this year, e-wellbeing has chosen to explore how countries around the world, look after their wellbeing to make mental health a priority.

Since March 2020, there has been an increase in children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties, including suicidal thoughts and self-harm.

This week, YMCA Dialogue’s e-wellbeing service and Brighton & Hove Public Health Schools invited students from secondary schools across Brighton & Hove, to come together and celebrate their achievements during this year’s Mental Health Champions project.

The e-wellbeing team were delighted to attend the KSS AHSN Next Level event at East Surrey Hospital last week, where we shared our passion for youth involvement and digital inclusion, to senior executives from NHS England.

From 9th May to 13th May 2022, e-wellbeing will be supporting Mental Health Awareness Week. We want to highlight the importance of young people looking after their emotional health and wellbeing throughout this week, and beyond!

We’ve teamed up with YMCA WiSE to encourage conversations about relationships and sex, and provide young people with practical information, advice, and wellbeing tips in our brand new Relationships & Sexual Health module!

For Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2022 (21st to 27th March), e-wellbeing and Brighton & Hove Young Healthwatch want to raise awareness of neurodiversity and the importance of celebrating different minds.
