Exploring Mental Health Around the Globe for World Mental Health Day 2022!

It’s World Mental Health Day, and e-wellbeing continues to raise awareness of youth mental health, and the importance of reducing stigma, throughout this day, and beyond!

Hosted by the World Health Organisation, this year’s theme is:

Make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority.

e-wellbeing is proud to be a part of the YMCA, the world’s oldest and largest youth charity, which has a global focus on championing youth mental health. For World Mental Health Day this year, e-wellbeing has chosen to explore how countries around the world, look after their wellbeing to make mental health a priority.

Whether you’re practising yoga, forest bathing, trying feng shui, or taking a ‘siesta’ (afternoon nap); all of these self-care activities from around the world have an influence on how young people look after their emotional health and wellbeing.

When young people from different cultures, share their voices and provide tips and advice on how to support youth mental health, it can make a huge difference. Hear from some of e-wellbeing’s Youth Ambassadors in this video!
