A service offering young people different types of therapeutic support to help with things such as anxiety, low mood and low self esteem.
We're here to help you with your mental health and emotional wellbeing. We provide specialist NHS services and support to children, young people, families and carers who are experiencing difficulties with emotional, psychological and mental health.
YES provides groupwork to equip you with strategies and tools on how to manage difficulties such as anxiety and low mood. YES also provided 1-to-1 sessions to address thoughts, feelings or behaviours you are struggling with, and enables you to identify areas for positive change.

If you are age 4-18 and have been affected by a parent or carer's drug or alcohol use, we can offer you up to 12 weekly sessions of play/ arts based therapy or counselling.
This service helps young people 16 to 25 get ahead in life by learning to cope with their mental health, learning new skills and gaining confidence.
