Mental Health Services

We provide one to one and group support, drop ins and respite activities for young people who are the main carer for or highly impacted by the health of someone in their family.   Young people or families can self refer or asking a professional to refer them. 

Our team are currently working from home so we recommend using the mobile number to contact us.  Texts are welcome and we can call you back.  All contact will be by phone or online.  Although we currently have a delay on processing referrals, so please be prepared for a wait, we can also provide advice and signposting while you wait.
