Mental Health Services

Pregnancy Options Centre is a confidential, unbiased, and free service offering non-directive counselling and support to anyone facing unplanned pregnancy or pregnancy loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, therapeutic termination, or abortion. We provide a safe environment for women and girls, partners, and family members to talk about their thoughts and emotions surrounding their circumstances.

Our non-judgemental, specially-trained volunteers give clients the chance to talk to someone independent of their world, and help them explore abortion, adoption, or parenting. We help clients access information about all available options, as well as pregnancy testing. For post-abortion and pregnancy loss, we can provide both immediate and long-term help, and can offer support for recent and previous experiences.

We are based in Chichester, and offer services from Worthing to Portsmouth. We are organisational members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their code of ethics.
