About the service
Moving Forward West Sussex Health offers young people aged 14-25 years old (with a disability or learning difficulty) support to take charge of their health needs including mental health. This is done by running various health workshops or having 1:1 support with a member of the team focusing on an outcome you want to achieve.
At present, due to Covid-19, our services are running over the phone and via online apps such as Zoom and WhatsApp
