Mental Health Services

Healthwatch represents all patients in the city. We collect peoples' experiences of using health and social care services. We then share this information with those who in charge of paying for and running these services. In this way, services can be changed or improved based on people's actual experiences to make them better for everyone. Our usual services remain fully operational, although all staff are now home based. We are focused on Covid19, providing the public with accurate and up to date information. We are gathering and sharing critical advice about changes that are happening, e.g. how people can still see their GP.
