About the service

We all experience low points at times in our lives and it’s not unusual to feel sad, anxious or stressed.

We offer a range of different face-to-face options to help you with your wellbeing and any difficult feelings you are having, including: counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), play therapy, dramatherapy, canine-assisted therapy (with a friendly dog!), groupwork, and support in the community.
