We've all been spending a lot more time online lately; from lessons at school or college to counselling sessions, many of us have had to meet over video instead of face-to-face. Attending therapy sessions online instead of in person may feel strange, and you may be unsure about how to prepare for it.
Here is a handy video guide co-produced with young people and therapists, to help you get ready for your online session. If you can't do everything in the video, don't worry – do whatever works for you and helps you feel prepared for your online session.
