Mental Health Services

The Find It Out Plus service in Worthing is a flagship young people's wellbeing service, available to support young people aged 11-25, through early intervention approaches.
The service offers information, advice and guidance on a wide range of topics including physical and mental health, employment & education, debt and money, housing, substance misuse and sexual health.
The service also offers young people direct referrals and assessments for counselling and emotional wellbeing support which can be accessed within the centre from partner services such as Youth Emotional Support and YMCA Dialogue Counselling. Young people can also access FIO Bitesize support delivered by a member of the FIO team.

During the lockdown period caused by COVID-19, Find It Out's referral and assessment offer is continuing to operate. Any new enquiries should be made via the Early Help duty line – 07841 867340.
We are currently developing our Bitesize Offer and hope to be able to offer this through a phone/video call model from May onwards.
