We all experience low points at times in our lives and it’s not unusual to feel sad, anxious or stressed.
We offer online counselling for people who are not sure about seeing a counsellor face-to-face, if you would struggle to travel to weekly appointments, or if you prefer to write your feelings down.
It is important to note that although most of the support takes place online, there will be times where the counsellor may have to talk to you on the telephone.
You can speak to your GP, or you can fill out an online form yourself by clicking on the links below. You can also ask a parent/carer or professional (e.g. a teacher) to complete a form for you if you need some help.
